The data will be use to carry out the contracted services, the legally established obligations and to inform you of our products in accordance with the executed contract.

The personal data  will be retained for the duration in which the services will be provided in compliance with legal obligations and those established by the Law. Also to prove that the contract has been duly executed by both parties, unless you exerce your rights of control in which case it will be the circumstances of that year.

Ashes to Life will not disclose your personal data to a third country or international organization. Nor will your personal data be transferred to third parties, unless it is necessary to provide the service and without the User’s express prior consent, as provided by law or agreed by both parties. Also, you can withdraw your consent at any time, or oppose its use, although in that case we won’t be able to provide our services correctly.
